Our Guide to the Perfect Stay

Items we provide in the cabins include: 

1. Basic cooking utensils and cookware (plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, etc.)

2. Coffeepot and toaster

3. Beds and pillows

4. TV with cable

5. 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 sponge, 2 trash bags, and dish soap

*Rental cabins do not include grills.

We provide community gas grills by the Lodge and at the picnic Pavilion.

Bring your sheets, blankets, comforters, pillowcases, bath and beach towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc.

Pack your soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, sunscreen, bug spray, laundry detergent, etc.

Rules of the Resort

Rules of Resort

  1. Cabins sleep 2 adults and up to 4 children (21 and younger). No more than 10 people can be present at any site at any time. No exceptions!

  2. THE SPEED LIMIT AT THE RESORT IS 10 MPH.

  3. Quiet hours are from 11:00p.m.–8:00a.m. Curfews for minors are 10:00p.m.–8:00a.m. and minors are required to be on a site with adult supervision during such time.

  4. Renters at Lakeside Cabins Resort are not permitted to bring in outside guests.

  5. All rental (cabin rentals) checkout is 10:00a.m. Eastern Time and check-in is from 4:00 Eastern Time.

  6. Only one passenger automobile is permitted to be parked at each site. All other cars and trucks must be parked in the Designated Overflow Parking Area.

  7. ALL PERSONS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK, AT ALL TIMES. THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS PRESENT AT ANY TIME. Swimming is permitted in Wilkinson Lake only in designated swimming area. Swimming in Warren Lake is strictly prohibited.

  8. The member or guest occupying a site is responsible for keeping their site in a clean and sightly condition.

  9. All campfires must be in an approved fire pit, portable fire pit or barbecue device. Fires must be attended at all times and controlled in a safe manner. Large bonfires are prohibited.

  10. All trash and refuse must be placed in the resort trash receptacles. Do not put bags of trash outside your cabin, as it would encourage nature’s critters to make a mess.

  11. Tent and RV camping is never allowed.

  12. Alcoholic beverages must be confined to a site. NO alcoholic beverages are permitted in common areas.

  13. Pets must be on a leash and attended to at all times. You must pick up after your pet.

  14. Trespassing on other sites is prohibited.

  15. Fireworks and explosives are prohibited. Sparklers are permitted under adult supervision.
