As a cabin owner, you are entitled to rent your cabin between the May 1 and October 31 season.
If you travel or are not able to be in the cabin for periods of time and/or would like help to cover the costs of your cabin purchase, renting might be an option for you.
Vacation Home Finders can handle the rental of your cabin, as we take calls every day from potential renters. We charge a 30% rental fee for management of the rental, cleaning between rentals, and keeping a close eye on your cabin. You are also permitted to rent the cabin yourself.
Below find general rental rates for both in-season and the shoulder-season periods. Talk to us about whether owning and renting a cabin may work for you.
